## What makes this outfit different

Maine-ly Foam and Kiesman Drywall Inc. are the same company - both names are on the trailer and
both run off one phone number. That means the foam and the finish work are done by one crew, so
a sprayed house can be hung, taped and skim coated without lining up a second contractor. Most
insulation contractors stop at the foam.

Not a franchise and not a call center. Paul came up through drywall in the 1980s, kept meeting
problems that were really insulation problems, and went and learned foam properly in 2006. The
crew has stayed in one corner of Maine since, and most work arrives by referral.

Denmark sits about ten minutes from the New Hampshire line, which is why both sides of it are
covered: ten towns in Maine, ten in New Hampshire, and further for the right job.

## NOT offered

- **No painting, interior or exterior.** The crew no longer does it and there are no painters on
  staff. The pre-2026 website claimed painting on several pages; that copy is out of date and
  should not be repeated.

## Pricing

Closed-cell spray foam runs about $1.50 per board foot. A board foot is one square foot at one
inch of thickness, so the cost of a surface is $1.50 multiplied by the inches applied - which is
why quotes are given per job rather than per square foot. R-21 is the wall target.
